Order Processing Time: We do our best to process all orders within 3-5 business days. However, special orders can take up to 1-2 weeks depending on your order. We try to prevent back- orders but we do our best to please our customers within a quick turnaround time.

Shipping:We ship packages using USPS ground shipping, and we also ship UPS for orders over $100 plus handling fee of $7.95. 

Company Closure Days: We are closed most national holidays as well as various company-wide in-service and inventory count days throughout the year.

Order Changes & Damages: It is our pleasure to help you with your needs. However, orders that are made special to order cannot be canceled. Please send us a message regarding the issue and we would do our best to help.

Damaged or Missing Items: We want to make sure you receive our products in good condition. If your order is damaged we ask that you immediately contact us at 1-800-988-2959 so that we can initiate an investigation and claim with USPS or UPS. We will need a photo of the item or items, the shipping box and label. Please allow 15 days from the time your package has been received by God's Bath & Body Anointed Gifts. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Refunds & Returns: God’s Bath & Body Anointed Gifts truly take pride in our products. Before our products are shipped we thoroughly examine our products to assure that you have quality product. If most of the product has been used we are unable to accept returns and there will be no refund. However, please email our team to discuss this matter and we will get back with you within 48 hours.
